We use: Fresh, premium seed blended specifically for the Northwest; Wood fiber mulch (lasts much longer than paper mulches) that is locally blended. Time release fertilizer (organic or synthetic). Please feel free to ask about specialty blends of seed for specific jobs: DOT, Erosion mix, Wild flower, Clover, Food plots, nearly any mix is possible!
At the completion of each job you will receive a terms for service contract and instructions on how to care for your new lawn, along with a 22 oz cup of extra seed.
